The fundamentals of Pilates:

History and key principles.
Anatomy and physiology applied to movement.

Mastery of the material:

⁠Discovery and use of Reformer machines.
Understanding of targeted muscle groups and appropriate springs.

The pedagogical and structural aspect of the course:

Creating smooth and effective lesson sequences.
Techniques for correction and adaptation to customer needs.

Putting it into practice:

20 hours of face-to-face training (Practical & Theory).
