⸻
4. Specific course conditions
4.1. Late arrivals
Any delay of more than 10 minutes will result in refusal of access to the class, for safety reasons. As a warm-up is essential, no refund or credit will be given in this case.
4.2 Pilates Reformer classes
Grip socks must be worn for all classes on the Reformer machine. This prevents slips, falls and injuries.
Grip socks are on sale in all ALL YOU clubs.
4.3. Level required
Even experienced athletes are strongly advised to start with a ‘Beginner’ course when using the Reformer machine for the first time. This allows you to :
- become familiar with the equipment.
- assess your level.
- avoid disrupting intermediate or advanced courses.
4.4 Maintaining courses - minimum enrolment
A minimum of 4 participants is required for a course to be maintained.
In the event of insufficient numbers, the course may be cancelled by the Club at least 6 hours before the start of the course. Registrants will be informed by e-mail or notification, and their session will be credited back to their Bsport account.
4.5. Unlimited subscription - absences not reported
Subscribers with an ‘unlimited’ subscription will be charged an additional €10 for each lesson booked and not taken without prior cancellation.
If you are going to be absent, we would ask you to unregister well in advance, so that your place can be made available for another member. This will ensure fair access to courses for all participants.
4.6. Rules of decorum and respect
The ALL YOU studio is a place of well-being and mutual respect. As such, each participant undertakes to :
- use respectful language in all circumstances,
- not to make any political, discriminatory or offensive comments.
- Wear appropriate sports clothing.
- respect other participants and teachers.
Any inappropriate behaviour may result in a warning or temporary or permanent exclusion, without reimbursement.
4.7. Personal belongings and security
The club accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
Lockers with locks are available in the changing rooms of each club. We strongly recommend that you use them.
For reasons of safety, hygiene and respect for the practice area :
- no bags, mobile phones or shoes will be accepted in the On Mat or Reformer studios.
- the use of mobile phones during lessons is strictly forbidden, in order to guarantee concentration and calm for all members.

5. Booking and payment
Courses and subscriptions can be booked :
- online via the ALL YOU website or application
- or directly with the club.
Payment must be made in cash at the time of booking, by credit card, cash or bank transfer at the club reception desk or via our Bsport booking application. No access to services will be granted without prior payment.
6. Cancellation / postponement
- The customer may cancel a session up to 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time. After this time, the session is due and the course credit will be lost.
- In the event of a major impediment (illness, force majeure), proof may be requested for a possible postponement or re-crediting of the lost lesson.
- ALL YOU reserves the right to cancel or postpone a lesson up to 6 hours before the scheduled lesson time (e.g. insufficient number of participants, teacher ill, etc.). In the event of cancellation by the club, the session will be credited back to the customer's Sport account and will not be reimbursed.
7. Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.
- They give access to a defined number of lessons according to the chosen formula and commit you to a minimum of 6 months with automatic debits each month on your anniversary date.
- No refunds will be made if you drop out during this period, except for legitimate reasons (long-term illness with a medical certificate, moving outside the département, etc.).
To terminate your contract after the 6-month commitment period, please send an email to club.allyou@gmail.com 30 days before the end of your 6-month period to cancel the automatic renewal. No retraction is possible before the 6-month commitment.
8. Responsibility
Each participant undertakes to consult a health professional before practising Pilates. As Pilates is not a high-risk sport, ALL YOU cannot be held responsible in the event of injury linked to poor execution of the exercises or to an unreported state of health.

9. Personal data
Personal data is collected for the purposes of registration, payment or newsletters, in accordance with the RGPD. For any request relating to your data: club.allyou@gmail.com.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These GCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of MAMG's registered office.
